Q. When does the billing for our limousine services start/stop?
A. Charges begin at the pick up and stop at the final drop-off (in some cases driving time applies. The balance (minus the deposit) should be charged to the customer’s credit card or paid to the driver unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Q. Does Boston Roman Limousine has a minimum hourly requirement?
A. All limo reservations have a four (4) hours minimum for jobs from Sunday through Thursday. Weekend limo jobs have a six (6) hours minimum.
Q. How do I make requests to my driver during the trip?
A. All of our limousines have touch control intercom systems for talking to your chauffeurs during the trip. Also, drivers carry cell phones so that you can maintain communication for additional pickups throughout the day.
Q. What is the alcohol policy in the limousine?
A. Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. Most of our stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses.
Q. Is smoking permitted I the limousine?
A. Smoking is prohibited in all of Boston Roman Limousine’s stretch limos, buses and SUV’s. If smoking occurs, service will be terminated and no refund will be issued. A $300.00 fee, payable upon request will be charged for the steam cleaning of the vehicle.
Q. What is the next course of action if someone in my group damages the interior of the Vehicle during the voyage?
A. Unfortunately, customers that book limousines must accept financial responsibility for any reckless behavior that results in part of the limousine being damaged. Prior to the trip, our courteous drivers will provide instructions as to proper use of the limousine’s lighting, radio/stereo/DVD equipment and interior components including the upholstery. Roman Limousine of Boston also reserves the right to charge a fee for any excessive mess or spillage that requires the vehicle to be professionally cleaned.
Q. What do I do if I discover that I have accidentally left something in the limousine?
A. If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left an object of value in the limousine. Please call our support staff at 857-928-5105 to inquire about a lost item.
Q. What if we have gone over our reservation time but want to keep the party going?
A. If charter runs over the scheduled end time, an additional charge will be assessed with payment due at the beginning of the additional time needed. Roman Limousine cannot guarantee any additional time that has not been prescheduled. For any overage of time spent in the vehicle, ten minutes past the scheduled drop time, an additional charge, plus gratuity will be assessed.
Q. Is the gratuity added to the bill and if so, how is it calculated?
A. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to each luxury limousine. The gratuity is based on the trip’s total price and charged to the deposit, along with the balance due on arrival. Any extra tip may be given directly to your driver, or by calling us at directly at 857-928-5105.
